Multifamily project. $22–$28/hr based on experience. 40+ hours/wk.
High-end residential. $25–$32/hr. Long-term assignment.
Custom homes. Level 5 finish required. $24–$30/hr.
Commercial fit-out. NC license required. $28–$38/hr.
Residential new construction. EPA cert required. $24–$32/hr.
Coastal residential. OSHA-10 a plus. $17–$22/hr.
